This is a web app designed for Cape Cod Life Publications to promote the magazines through social media. The app contains a “Twitter game” in which users can encode secret messages in maritime flag signals. The messages can then be shared on Twitter with the change for other users to solve the puzzle. There are subscription prizes for correct answers.
The app core was designed using jQuery and the UI is handled by jQuery UI.
This app was released to compliment the launch of Cape Cod Life’s 2011 June issues featuring the Best of Cape Cod & the Islands. The app contains the winners of the 2011 contest, the photo contest winners, the capecodlife.com news feed and a picture/message uploader.
The interactivity was built using the jQuery Mobile framework and ported with the AppMakr kit.

Commemorating the May Festival in Woods Hole, MA. There were tables and chairs, pony rides, dancing bears and several bands.
The Time Machine Portrait Co. is an amazing old time photography studio located in Savannah, Georgia. The website provides information about the store including events, photos, videos, and news updates. Custom module allow users to search for their photos from the homepage.
This MaxMSP patch allows users to control several midi instruments through a SNES controller. The controller data is captured by an arduino board and sent to MaxMSP for midi conversion.
This layout was designed for The JASON Project online curriculum. The goal was to provide clean, accessible design that creates a positive e-learning environment.
